Why can't I access Tradecopia after paying or renewing?

What to check if Tradecopia shows no active membership, a session error, or won't let you in after you paid or renewed.

If you have paid or renewed but Tradecopia says you have no active membership, shows a session error, or will not let you in, the cause is usually your account rather than your payment. In most cases the support team can get you back in.

You might be experiencing this if:

  • Tradecopia says you have no active membership, or that your subscription is not active, right after paying or renewing

  • You see a message that only one active session is allowed

  • You cannot log in even though your payment went through

  • You think your account may have been disabled

You may be signed in to the wrong account

Many customers who see "no active membership" after paying have more than one Tradecopia account, often with similar email addresses, and have signed in to the one without the active subscription.

What to check

  1. Confirm which email address you used to pay for or renew your subscription.

  2. Log out, then log back in using that exact email address.

  3. Check that the account you are now in shows your active subscription.

If you only have one account, move on to the next section.

A recent payment may still be syncing

Sometimes a payment takes a short while to register on your account after it goes through. If you have just paid or renewed and see "not active," wait a few minutes, refresh, and sign in again.

If it still does not clear, contact the Tradecopia support team. They will check your payment and update your account.

A "one active session" or access-restricted message

If you see a message that only one active session is allowed, or you cannot get in at all, access to that account may be limited. This is not caused by switching devices.

Contact the Tradecopia support team. They will review your account and confirm how to restore your access.

About being logged out or an account being disabled

Tradecopia does not log you out automatically or disable accounts at random. An account is only disabled in response to a policy issue, and if that happens you are told the reason directly.

If you believe your account has been disabled and no one contacted you, reach out to the Tradecopia support team so they can look into it.

If you still cannot access your account

If none of the above gets you back in, contact the Tradecopia support team with the email address on your subscription and a description of what you see when you try to log in. The team will review your account and confirm how to restore your access.
