How do I access Tradecopia Pro+ Lite or Pro+ for the first time?

How to access your cloud instance after subscribing — finding your dedicated link, logging in, and getting started.

When your Pro+ Lite or Pro+ subscription is activated, Tradecopia provisions your cloud instance and sends you a welcome email. That email contains your dedicated access link — a unique web address for your instance. You use that link every time you want to access your Tradecopia environment.

You might need this article if:

  • You've just subscribed to Pro+ Lite or Pro+ and want to know how to log in

  • You can't find your access link and need to know where to look

  • You want to understand how cloud access works compared to the desktop app

  • You're logging in from a new device and want to confirm the correct URL

Step 1 — Find your welcome email

After subscribing, check your inbox for a welcome email from Tradecopia. This email confirms your instance has been provisioned and contains your dedicated access link — a unique web address (FQDN) assigned specifically to your account.

Keep this email. Your dedicated link is permanent — it does not change. Bookmark it in your browser so you can return to your instance at any time without needing to search for the email again.

If you don't see the email within a few minutes of subscribing, check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't locate it, contact the Tradecopia support team and we will resend it.

Step 2 — Access your instance

There are two ways to reach your instance login page:

Option 1 — Welcome email link (recommended)
Click the dedicated link in your welcome email or paste it directly into your browser. This is the fastest route and goes straight to your instance login page. Bookmark it for future use.

Option 2 — Tradecopia portal
Log in to tradecopia.com with your Tradecopia account credentials. Go to the VM Instance section and click the Manage button (gear icon). Your instance FQDN is shown there, and this is also where you can start or stop your instance. This is useful if you've lost your welcome email or want to manage your instance from one place.

Either way, you log in to the instance itself using your standard Tradecopia account credentials.

Your instance is ready to use as soon as you log in. There is no installation or setup step.

Step 3 — Explore the dashboard

After login you will see the main dashboard. The interface is identical to the desktop Pro plan — the same sections are available:

Step 4 — Add your broker connections

Your first task is to connect your broker accounts. Navigate to Connections and add each account you want to use. See the broker connection guide for your platform for step-by-step instructions.

Managing and accessing your instance in the future

To access your instance: use the dedicated link from your welcome email — bookmark it for quick access. Alternatively, log in to tradecopia.com and navigate to your instance from your account dashboard.

To start or stop your instance: log in to tradecopia.com, go to the VM Instance section, and use the Manage button to start or stop. Starting and stopping is done from the portal, not from within the instance itself.

You can access your instance from any device with a modern browser, including mobile. Your instance runs continuously on Tradecopia's infrastructure when active — closing your browser does not pause or stop replication.

If your access URL changes: In rare cases, maintenance or migration may result in a new instance URL. If this happens, a new URL will be sent to you automatically by email once your instance is back up. Your trading activity is not interrupted by the URL change itself.

If you cannot access your instance

URL does not load: Your instance may be stopped. Log in to tradecopia.com, go to the VM Instance section, check the instance status, and use the Manage button to restart it. Allow a moment for it to come back up, then try the URL again.

URL loads but login fails: Confirm you are using your Tradecopia account credentials — the same email and password you use at tradecopia.com. Broker credentials (Tradovate, Rithmic, etc.) are not the same as your Tradecopia login.

Welcome email not received: Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, log in to tradecopia.com and check the VM Instance section — your FQDN is available there. If your instance is not visible, provisioning may still be in progress. Contact the Tradecopia support team and we will check the status.

If none of the above resolves the issue, contact the Tradecopia support team with your account email and a description of what you see when trying to access the URL.
