Applying a discount after your free trial

How to apply a promo code if you missed it during your free trial or were charged before the discount was applied.

If your 7-day free trial has ended and you did not apply a promo code before your first payment, a discount may still be available depending on your eligibility.

You might be experiencing this if:

  • Your free trial ended and you want to apply a discount code you missed during signup

  • You were charged at full price after the trial but have a promo code to use

  • You signed up and forgot to enter a discount code before the trial converted

Who is eligible

You may be eligible for a post-trial discount if your account has not previously used a promo code. Prior subscription history does not affect eligibility — the only requirement is that no code has been applied to your account before.

The standard promo code applies to your first month only, and each account can use one code over its lifetime.

How to request a post-trial discount

Let us know the code you want to apply and whether your first payment has already been charged or is still upcoming. If you are eligible, we will apply it to your account. If your first payment has already been processed, the credit goes to your next invoice.
