Returning user discounts are not applied automatically at checkout. Contact the Tradecopia support team and we will apply it on your behalf if you are eligible.
You might be experiencing this if:
You previously had Tradecopia and want to come back with a discount
Your subscription lapsed and you're looking to resubscribe
You were on the discontinued Basic Plan and want to return to Pro
Basic Plan returnees
If you were previously on the discontinued Tradecopia Basic Plan, you qualify for 30% off your first month on the Pro plan when you resubscribe.
Contact the Tradecopia support team with your prior Basic Plan status. The team will verify and apply the discount before you resubscribe.
All other returning subscribers
If you held a Pro, Pro+, or Pro+ Lite subscription and have since cancelled, you may be eligible for a discount when you return. These are reviewed individually and the amount is not guaranteed.
Contact the Tradecopia support team and let us know you are looking to resubscribe. The team will assess your case and follow up with you if a discount applies.
Important — affiliate codes do not apply
Affiliate promo codes are for new subscribers only. If you have previously subscribed to Tradecopia, affiliate codes cannot be applied to your resubscription. The returning user discount process described above is the correct path for lapsed subscribers.
