Which plans include a free trial
Plan | Type | Free trial |
Pro | Desktop | 7-day free trial for all new customers |
Pro+ Lite | Cloud | Not currently available |
Pro+ | Cloud | Not currently available |
The free trial is available on the Pro desktop plan only. A trial for Pro+ Lite and Pro+ is not currently available. For the latest, see tradecopia.com/pricing.
What happens when the trial ends
When your 7-day trial ends, your account converts automatically to the Pro desktop plan on the billing cycle you chose at signup. Your first charge applies at that point. If your subscription does not activate because you cancelled before the trial ended or a payment issue prevented the charge, you will lose access to the platform. When you try to log in, you will see an error telling you that an active subscription is required. To regain access, restart your subscription from tradecopia.com.
Charge timing: Your first payment is processed when the billing cycle starts, typically within 1–2 business days of the cycle date depending on your payment provider. If you have not seen a charge appear yet, this is normal.
How to cancel before the trial ends
To cancel before the trial runs out and avoid being charged:
Log in to your account at tradecopia.com
Go to your subscription settings or the Stripe billing portal
Cancel your subscription before the trial end date
Cancellation takes effect immediately. You keep access for the remainder of the trial period after cancelling.
If you are unsure where to find the cancellation option, contact the Tradecopia support team.
Can I get a second free trial or extend my trial?
The free trial is a one-time entitlement per account. It cannot be restarted or transferred to another account.
Trial extensions are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you need more time to evaluate Tradecopia before committing, contact the Tradecopia support team and explain why you need the extension. The team will review your request and confirm whether an extension can be applied.
Note: Creating a new account to access a second free trial triggers Tradecopia's duplicate account detection and results in a temporary block on all linked accounts. If this has happened, contact the Tradecopia support team.
What if I was charged after the trial and was not expecting it
If the trial ended and you were charged but had not intended to continue, contact the Tradecopia support team. Tradecopia's standard policy is no refunds, but first-time subscribers who forgot to cancel are reviewed individually.
Share what happened — when you signed up, when the charge appeared, and whether you had intended to cancel — and the team will review your request.
For full details on the refund policy, see How Tradecopia subscriptions, billing, and refunds work.
