What do I need to run Tradecopia Pro+ Lite or Pro+?

The requirements for accessing and using Tradecopia's web plans — Pro+ Lite and Pro+ — from any device.

Pro+ Lite and Pro+ run on Tradecopia's infrastructure, not on your local machine. The requirements to get started are minimal compared to the desktop plan.

That is the complete list. There are no hardware specifications, no operating system requirements, and no software to install.

No local hardware requirements

Unlike the desktop Pro plan, your computer's CPU, RAM, storage, and network adapter have no bearing on Pro+ Lite or Pro+ performance. Tradecopia handles all processing on its own infrastructure. Your local machine is used only to access the browser interface. The replication itself runs remotely.

This means:

  • You do not need to keep your computer powered on while trading

  • You can access your setup from any device: laptop, desktop, Chromebook, tablet, or mobile

  • Replication continues uninterrupted if your device loses connection or goes offline

Browser access

Log in to your account at the Tradecopia portal. Your Pro+ Lite or Pro+ environment is ready as soon as your subscription is active, no installation step required.

Any device with a modern web browser can access the interface. This includes Chromebooks, as well as iOS and Android phones and tablets. There is no operating system requirement. If your browser is up to date, it will work.

Broker credentials

You need active login credentials for each broker account you want to connect through Tradecopia. The same credentials you would use for a desktop setup apply on web plans. There is no difference in broker connection requirements by plan.

Supported brokers: Tradovate, NinjaTrader, TopStepX, and Rithmic.

Comparing to desktop requirements

The desktop Pro plan requires local hardware (minimum 8 GB RAM, modern CPU, SSD recommended), a stable wired Ethernet connection, and a machine that stays on throughout your trading session. None of these apply to web plans.
